Newsletter Giveaway — Official Rules

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Doxicom Consulting, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

How to Enter

Register your email address using the newsletter sign-up form on this website during the entry period. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used. No purchase, subscription payment, or service enrollment is required to enter.

Entry Period

The entry period runs for thirty (30) days from the date the giveaway opens. The opening date, drawing date, and prize fulfillment timeline will be posted on this page and communicated to registrants by email before the giveaway opens for entries.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one Apple iPhone Duo (approximate retail value based on Apple's published pricing at time of the drawing). The prize is awarded as-is; Doxicom Consulting is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty service, which are handled directly by Apple. Prize is non-transferable; no cash alternative will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period and notified by the email address provided at entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Doxicom Consulting, which are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Doxicom Consulting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
